Saunders Electrical Group is a Rouse Hill business, founded in 2017 and operating for nine years, that takes our number three spot for a fairly rare combination: it holds both an electrical contractor licence (344815C) and a NSW Security Master Licence (000106712). Most installers hold one or the other, so having both in-house means the electrical work and the security-specific licensing that CCTV installation legally requires under the Security Industry Act 1997 sit under the same roof.

The business covers the Hills District broadly, including Castle Hill, Kellyville, Baulkham Hills, Kenthurst, Dural, Rouse Hill, Glenhaven, Norwest, Stanhope Gardens, Windsor and Richmond, and works with Dahua and Hikvision hardware across residential and commercial jobs. Saunders was a finalist in the 2026 Local Business Awards, a reasonable signal of local standing for a business this size.

The business states it has 277 or more five-star reviews on its own website; as with any self-reported figure, we haven't verified this through Google, so it should be read as the business's own claim.

Who Saunders Electrical Group suits best

Saunders is well suited to Hills District homeowners and small businesses who want the reassurance of a dual-licensed operator - both electrically and for security work - and who are looking for a locally established installer with a multi-year track record in that specific corridor of Sydney.

How we ranked Saunders Electrical Group

We ranked this business third on its nine years of operation, its dual electrical contractor and NSW Security Master Licence status, its solid coverage of the Hills District, and its 2026 Local Business Awards finalist recognition. The claimed review count is noted as self-reported rather than independently verified.

Questions to ask before you book

Ask to see both the electrical contractor licence number and the Security Master Licence number and check them against the NSW SLED public register, confirm which camera brand and storage duration suits your property, ask how a strata by-law or heritage overlay in your area might affect where cameras can be mounted, and get the warranty terms in writing before work starts.
